Watch Kevin Spacey Do a Frighteningly Good Impression of Al Pacino

Kevin Spacey is an Oscar, Golden Globe, and Tony winner, but he really deserves some kind of award for his amazing celebrity impressions.

The "House of Cards" star showed off maybe his best impression yet last night at the 39th Annual Kennedy Center Honors when he mimicked honoree Al Pacino. Spacey told the audience, including President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, the three steps to doing the "perfect Al Pacino impression."

The second step involves looking surprised. "Al, for some reason, always looks a little surprised," Spacey explained. "If you look at his face, it's like, 'What just happened? The last thing I remember, I was snorting a wheelbarrow full of cocaine in 'Scarface,' and now I'm sitting next to the president. Whoa! How did that happen?"

All joking aside, Spacey paid a warm tribute to his friend and fellow Oscar winner. "Look, the reason that all of us love to do an impersonation of Al Pacino is that he's created characters that are unforgettable, and that's because, for Al Pacino, it's not just business," he said. "It's not just business — it's craft. And I've been fortunate enough to know him a long time and work with him. I adore you. Congratulations, my friend."

'Supergirl' Star Files for Divorce From 'Glee' Costar: Report

"Supergirl" star Melissa Benoist is back to flying solo. According to TMZ, she filed for divorce from her "Glee" co-star Blake Jenner, 24.

Benoist, 28, reportedly cited "irreconcilable differences" in the court documents, and doesn't want either party to have spousal support. She just wants to change her legal name back to Melissa Benoist.

Benoist and Jenner got engaged in 2013 and were reportedly married in March 2015, so the marriage lasted less than two years. They had no children.

Jenner won "The Glee Project" in 2012 and played Ryder Lynn on "Glee" from 2012-2015. Benoist played Marley Rose on "Glee" from 2012-2014. Jenner guest starred in two episodes of "Supergirl" earlier this year, and was recently in the movie "The Edge of Seventeen."

"I love working with him," Benoist told People in March 2016. "We only have fun working together. He's my person to act with. He's my favorite scene partner, always."

Why did they split? A source told Us Weekly, "The distance was an issue, things weren't working. It's amicable and mutual." It's also too bad, but distance is often an issue in Hollywood relationships, when couples film apart for long periods of time.

"Supergirl" Season 2 returns to The CW on January 16, 2017.

Billie Lourd Will Care for Carrie Fisher's Beloved Dog Gary

For most of us, pets are family; to Carrie Fisher, her dog Gary was one of her children. So it's fitting that Fisher's human daughter -- "Scream Queen" actress Billie Lourd -- will now be taking care of Fisher's 4-year-old French bulldog son.

Family friends told TMZ that Lourd is taking custody of Gary, who was on the London-to-LA plane with Fisher on Dec. 23 when the "Star Wars" icon had her massive heart attack.

Lourd is said to have her own French bulldog named Tina, who is already best friends with Gary. A family source told TMZ that Fisher always wanted Lourd to take care of Gary if something happened. So this sounds like the perfect solution to a very imperfect situation.

Gary was Fisher's therapy dog, helping her with her bipolar disorder. The adorable canine went everywhere with her, and became a celebrity in his own right. "His" tweet after her death left fans heartbroken:

10 Top-Grossing Actors of 2016: Scarlett Johansson Slays All

In 2016, Black Widow devoured Captain America, Iron Man, Deadpool, Batman, Superman, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Lois Lane, and even Jyn Erso. The girl was hungry!

Scarlett Johansson leads Forbes's list of the year's top-grossing actors, bringing in $1.2 billion at the worldwide box office. The top three -- Johansson, Chris Evans, and Robert Downey Jr. -- all earned their spots from "Captain America: Civil War." Johansson edged out her bros thanks to also starring in "Hail, Caesar!" (Forbes calculated its ranking from 2016 global ticket sales for actors who were top billed/had the most screen time, but it didn't count animated movies where only the actors's voices were used; if Forbes had included animated films, Johansson's roles in "The Jungle Book" and "Sing" would boost her even higher.)

Forbes noted that the list is mostly made up of superhero stars, whether from Marvel or DC -- with Margot Robbie topping DC's contingent. Felicity Jones is the only actor in the top 10 without a link to a comic book character.

2. Chris Evans ($1.15 billion) - tied
2. Robert Downey Jr. ($1.15 billion) - tied
4. Margot Robbie ($1.1 billion)

A few months ago, it was revealed that Johansson is Hollywood's highest-grossing actress of all time, thanks again to her roles in "The Avengers." This is not to be confused with highest-paid lists, though. On that front, Johnny Depp remains the most overpaid actor.

'Game of Thrones' Season 7 Has Scenes So Epic They May Be 'Unfilmable'

How are they going to pull that off? John Bradley, who plays Samwell Tarley on "Game of Thrones," seems to have asked himself that question when reading scripts for Season 7. The 2017 season only has seven episodes, as opposed to the usual 10, but Bradley told Digital Spy those seven will have more spectacle than ever, with sequences that he's convinced are "unfilmable."

"But you find that every year. You read it and you think, 'They've really stitched themselves up here, because there's no way they can get this on screen.' And then 10 months later, there it is!"

Season 7 is the penultimate season, with Season 8 also expected to be shorter than usual, and the actors have all talked about how the story is building toward its conclusion. Everything is ramping up for the end, so we won't be surprised to see big, spectacular sequences like the battle of Hardhome, but also with dragons, since Daenerys Targaryen was last seen bringing her three kids across the Narrow Sea.

We know the story will soon end, but we don't know exactly how it will turn out. Bradley took a very Sam-like philosophical stance on the matter, telling Digital Spy:

"It's interesting thinking about the end of 'Game of Thrones.' Because we don't know how it ends. We don't know who wins or who loses. We've got no idea what kind of story we're telling. We don't know if it's an indictment of how bad people can triumph if good men do nothing, or a redemptive story about good triumphing over evil. We just don't know, so that mystery has fed in to everything we've done so far."

All we really know is that "Game of Thrones" is based on George R.R. Martin's series called "A Song of Ice and Fire," which hints to it being Jon + Dany's combined story; Martin has said the ending he has planned for the series is "bittersweet," and reminiscent of "The Lord of the Rings."

Season 7 is expected to finish filming in February for a premiere this summer.

Fearful Fans Get Betty White Trending After Carrie Fisher's Death

As far as we know, Betty White is alive, well, and ready to celebrate her 95th birthday on January 17, 2017. (Pause to pray that this remains true.) But a freaked-out Internet has convinced itself that she is in danger of being 2016's final celebrity victim.

On Tuesday -- the same day Carrie Fisher died and shortly after the Christmas death of George Michael -- a fan started a Go Fund Me page called "Help protect Betty White from 2016." Here's the intro:

"Help 2016 catch these hands if it goes anywhere near Betty White! If she's okay with it I will fly to where ever Betty White is and keep her safe till Jan 1 , 2017. Now , assuming she doesn't want a strange Greek standing [guard] outside her door all monies will be donated to the Spartanburg little theater to help craft new stars of stage and screen to carry mantle of the legends that have left is this year."

So far, $35 has been raised of the $2,000 goal. But the goal is really to make people aware that Betty White is still with us, but we're not sure for how long, so she must be protected at all costs.
