"Tallulah" (Netflix Original)
Ellen Page plays young vagabond Lu, who impulsively "rescues" a baby from a negligent mother -- and tricks her ex-boyfriend's mom (Allison Janney) into helping her -- in this critically acclaimed film, which debuted at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival and arrives July 29 on Netflix. Tammy Blanchard, Zachary Quinto, John Benjamin Hickey, and Uzo Aduba co-star. According to Deadline, "Tallulah" is based on writer/director Sian Heder's ("Orange is the New Black") earlier short film, "Mother," which was "inspired by her experience working as a babysitter for hotel guests in Los Angeles, where she once was asked to watch a baby whose mother had come to a hotel to conduct an affair."

"DreamWorks Home Adventures With Tip & Oh" Season 1 (Netflix Original)
Tip and Oh of "Home" are back in this Netflix original series arriving July 19. The animated series picks up where the 2015 film left off, with the two best friends navigating through alien and human culture. The voice cast includes teen star Rachel Crow ("Rio 2," "X Factor") as Tip, and Mark Whitten ("Rolling High"), as Oh, alongside Ana Ortiz ("Devious Maids," "Ugly Betty") and Matt Jones ("Breaking Bad," "Mom").

"Last Chance U"
Netflix enters the world of original sports documentaries with this six-part series, arriving July 29. According to the synopsis, "Last Chance U" offers "a gut-wrenching behind-the-scenes look at the world of college football." It was inspired by the GQ article of the same name, following the stories of elite athletes in tough life circumstances who struggle to realize their dreams of competing on the highest level.

Kevin Costner stars as a death row inmate who has the memories of a dead CIA agent (Ryan Reynolds) implanted in his head in this action thriller out on DVD, Blu-ray, and On Demand July 26. "Sing Street"
Head back in time to 1980s Dublin as 14-year-old Conor (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) looks to escape his rough school and family troubles by befriending the mysterious Raphina (Lucy Boynton) and inviting her to star in his band's music videos. So what if he doesn't have a band yet? This musical comedy, from the director of "Once," arrives on Blu-ray, DVD, Digital HD, and On Demand on July 26.

"The Invitation"
Consider yourself cordially invited to watch this acclaimed horror film, following a man who attends a dinner party at his former house and comes to believe his ex-wife and her new husband have sinister plans for the guests. The Blu-ray and DVD are out July 26, and special features include audio commentary, "The Making of The Invitation," music videos for the original songs, and even a booklet featuring an original essay by critic Britt Hayes.
"Jack Irish"
Guy Peace plays the brooling Australian antihero of Peter Temple's crime novels in this six-part drama, out on DVD and Blu-ray July 26. Jack Irish is a "former criminal lawyer and now part-time investigator, debt collector, apprentice carpenter, and sometimes lover." The two-disc set includes bonus behind-the-scenes featurettes and a photo gallery. Also on July 26, Acorn is releasing the three TV movies from 2013-2014 in a DVD and Blu-ray collection, "Jack Irish: The Movies."

"The Angry Birds Movie"
An angry bird outsider takes on devious plotting pigs in this animated movie based on the popular video game. The all-star vocal cast includes Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Danny McBride, Maya Rudolph, Bill Hader, Peter Dinklage, Sean Penn, and Keegan-Michael Key, and you can check out the PG-rated fun when the movie arrives on Digital July 29, before the disc release August 16."Viral"
Teen sisters (Sofia Black-D'Elia and Analeigh Tipton) see their normal lives upended when their suburban neighborhood is hit with a mysterious parasitic virus. The horror thriller, co-starring Travis Tope and Michael Kelly, is out on Digital July 29, and DVD/On Demand August 2.
"Silicon Valley"
HBO's "Veep" is usually the darling of the Emmys, but make room for "Silicon Valley" -- dubbed "a land of big ideas and bigger egos." Season 3 was nominated for 11 Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actor (Thomas Middleditch), Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series (Alec Berg, Mike Judge), and Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series (Alec Berg, Dan O'Keefe).

"Sharknado: The 4th Awakens" (Sunday on Syfy at 8 p.m.)
OK, this looks awful, but "Sharknado" flicks always do; it doesn't matter, though, 'cause the must-watch element comes from the reactions on Twitter. They are priceless. This time, Syfy allowed the audience to vote online to decide whether Tara Reid's character, April Wexler, should live or die. (#AprilLives or #AprilDies) Get the results July 31, when Ian Ziering returns as Fin, alongside Stacey Dash, Vince Neil, and ... Chippendales dancers. Here's the official synopsis: "The fourth installment of the 'Sharknado' franchise picks up with Fin and his family living in relative bliss five years after the devastation that occurred on the East Coast. But all that's about to change, when the sharknado menace returns in totally unexpected places and ways.""Preacher" (Sunday on AMC at 9 p.m.)
The Season 1 finale is already here. Episode 10, "Call and Response," follows Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper) as he hopes to "follow through on his promise to obtain answers from heaven; the entire town waits with bated breath." After this episode, AMC is airing another "Talking Preacher" post-show to analyze the finale (like they did for the premiere). And then fans will have to wait with bated breath for Season 2, which has already been renewed with 13 episodes in 2017.
"Boston EMS" (Saturday on ABC at 10 p.m.)
This unscripted medical documentary returns to follow Beantown's first responders. The men and women of the Boston emergency medical services stay calm when dealing with disasters and mayhem, although you may freak out a bit when watching them in action when Season 2 starts June 30.
"Teen Choice 2016" (Sunday on FOX at 8 p.m.)
John Cena and Victoria Justice co-host this year's surfboard awards show, honoring the best in the biz, according to teen voters. Check out the full list of 2016 nominees.
