'Unbreakable' Sequel 'Glass' Is Now Filming: See M. Night Shyamalan's First Set Photo

Samuel L Jackson Stars As Elijah Price An Eccentric Who Offers A Supernatural ExplanatiM. Night Shyamalan‏ has back-to-school jitters on the set of "Glass," a film "seventeen years in the making."

Spoilers ahead: Stop reading if you aren't up-to-date on Shyamalan's most recent film.

The director tweeted to fans he was "nervous and excited" to get started on the film, which is both a sequel to his 2000 movie "Unbreakable" with Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson, *and* a follow-up to his 2016 hit "Split" with James McAvoy and Anya Taylor-Joy.

"Split" ended with a surprise appearance from Bruce Willis as David Dunn, revealing "Split" was set in the same universe as "Unbreakable." In "Unbreakable," Jackson's character had the nickname Mr. Glass. The follow-up, "Glass," brings in Dunn and Glass, along with McAvoy's Kevin Wendle Crumb and Taylor-Joy's Casey Cooke. Sarah Paulson has also joined the joint sequel.

Fans are only a wee bit ecstatic to see "Glass," and Shyamalan sounded just as excited in his build-up to Monday's first day of filming:
