Just as we hoped, Robert Downey Jr.'s foray into social media is quickly becoming a treasure trove of behind-the-scenes glimpses at the making of "Avengers: Age of Ultron," with the actor's latest shared images featuring some of his fellow superheroes.
Last week, after tweeting a photo of himself with "Avengers" producer Jeremy Latcham, Downey also shared a snap of empty chairs assigned to each of his co-Avengers: Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, and Mark Ruffalo. On Sunday, Iron Man was at it again, this time getting his co-stars' faces in the frame.

The New York Daily News reports that the photo was taken at the Petersham Nurseries garden restaurant, located in the London suburb of Richmond. Downey was joined for dinner by a large group that included Latcham, "Avengers" director Joss Whedon, Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky, and Johansson and her fiance, Romain Dauriac. Sadly, only Ruffalo's shoulder made it into the photo.
It's nice to see the cast and crew bonding together, and of course, amps up excitement for them to get to work. They're set to shoot much of "Ultron"'s principal photography in London, while other action will be filmed in Seoul, South Korea; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Aosta Valley, Italy.
Our fingers are crossed that stars Renner, Cobie Smulders, and James Spader will make an appearance on Downey's Twitter feed soon.
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" is due out on May 1, 2015.
