A "Jem and the Holograms" movie was recently announced, and with that announcement came a wave of nostalgia, some backlash, and an almost unbearable curiosity about what a live-action version the '80s cartoon series would look like. Part of that announcement was a request from the filmmakers -- director Jon Chu, producer Jason Blum, and and music mogul Scooter Braun -- for a two-minute video explaining why you, dear Jem fan, love the original series, what you love about Jem and her Holograms, and what you really want to see in the movie.
Now, the first entries have been submitted, and they're truly, truly, truly outrageous. Maybe that's too many "truly"s. Take a look at the video below and judge for yourself.
