ant-man villain Matt GeraldMarvel is keeping its next villain all in the family.

After starring in the Marvel One-Shot "All Hail the King" alongside Ben Kingsley, actor Matt Gerald is set to join "Ant-Man" as an unidentified antagonist. It's unclear if he'll reprise his "King" role of White Power Dave; Deadline reports he'll play simply "one of the bad guys."

Gerald's previous, non-Marvel credits include roles as tough guys in films including "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines," "Avatar," "G.I. Joe: Retaliation," and "Escape Plan." He'll next be seen in the thriller "Solace," which stars Colin Farrell and Anthony Hopkins.

Along with Gerald, "Ant-Man"'s eclectic cast includes Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Envangeline Lilly, Michael Pena, and Patrick Wilson. The flick is directed by Edgar Wright, from a script by Wright and Joe Cornish.

"Ant-Man" is set to debut July 17, 2015.
