Want to be an extra in "Batman vs. Superman"? Get yourself to Detroit.
According to local news reports, Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" sequel is seeking approximately 6,000 extras, and will hold an open casting call for some of them on April 27 in the town of Troy, Michigan. Producers are looking for "men and women at least 18-years-old who are clean-cut military and law enforcement types or business executives in suits," according to one report.
This casting call must mean that production should begin soon, after some sets were spotted under construction last month. Superman Henry Cavill was also reportedly sighted in the area in February at a local CrossFit facility.
"Batman vs. Superman" also stars Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jeremy Irons, and Jesse Eisenberg. It hits theaters May 6, 2016.
