D'oh! Guess someone out there isn't familiar with Brando's "Hey, Stellaaaaa" scream.
The Internet is an unforgiving place, and a contestant on last night's "Wheel of Fortune" committed the facepalm-worthy sin of being one letter short of Tennessee Williams's "A Streetcar Named Desire." The guy had everything but the "m" and instead went with "k," making him -- as one tweeter pointed out, "the real life Joey" from "Friends."
When the contestant said "k" -- with a surprising amount of confidence -- Pat Sajak followed with a pointed "No." However, Pat did say that he would rather see a play called "A Streetcar Naked Desire" than the correct answer. So there's that.
Watch the painfully awkward moment play out:Twitter had fun with the fail, of course:
Feeling for "Streetcar Naked Desire" guy tonight on @WheelofFortune. The real life Joey: http://pic.twitter.com/p0uezhtvMX

A STREETCAR NA_ED DESIRE
He asked for a K.
I'm gonna go lie down.
There but for the grace of no TV time go all of us. On the upside, this latest flub has led fans to point out other epic fails in the past, including "Surf Clay Were We Go," and the "Regis Philbin & Kelly Ripa" disaster, which had fail after fail.
