When Bill Hader returned to host "Saturday Night Live" this past weekend, many fans hoped he would bring back one of his most famous and beloved characters, Stefon.
Well, Hader did — but viewers at home didn't get to see it, as the "Weekend Update" bit was cut for time. But "SNL" released the sketch online and so we can still watch it in all its glory.
Stefon gives a St. Patrick's Day-themed update on New York's hottest nightclubs. But the best part is watching Hader break, starting with a club that has it all, "key fobs, kale chips, Roman J. Israel, Esquire." Then, he totally loses it on a joke about "Moonlight" and "La La Land."
Hader also also brought out a special guest, his lawyer, played by former "SNL" writer John Mulaney (the two comedians co-created the character). Mulaney has previously admitted he would change jokes at the last minute to throw off Hader and get him to break.
Hader is currently starring in the new HBO show "Barry."
