Now just throw Gal Gadot into the mix and you'll really have a party!
"Wonder Woman" director Patty Jenkins is still reportedly working on a deal to return for "Wonder Woman 2," but we do know one of her next projects will be "One Day She'll Darken." And, according to Variety, she'll be re-teaming with "Wonder Woman" star Chris Pine.
Pine will star in all six episodes of the TNT series, which got a straight-to-series order, with Jenkins attached to direct the pilot and possibly more episodes. They are also both listed as executive producers.
"One Day She'll Darken" is inspired by the autobiography of Fauna Hodel, who was given away by her teenage birth mother to a black restroom attendant in a Nevada casino in 1949. As Hodel investigates her past, Variety reports, she follows a trail that creeps closer to infamous Hollywood gynecologist Dr. George Hodel, a man involved in the infamous 1947 "Black Dahlia" murder of Elizabeth Short.
Chris Pine will play former marine turned tabloid hack Jay Singletary. Singletary was disgraced over his story about Hodel years ago, but now sees a glimmer of redemption -- and a moral quandary.
There's no filming or premiere date set at this point, but it sounds like the next step may be casting the rest of the series, which is being written by Sam Sheridan. Chris Pine will next be seen in Disney's "A Wrinkle in Time," and he's also filming "Outlaw King" for Netflix.
