We found a new use for Ryan Reynolds: Official, sanctioned, ex-boyfriend replacement. Call now for a package deal with Ryan Gosling!
A tweet from high school student Gabi Dunn went viral after she showed how she got revenge on her ex -- by editing him out of their prom photos and replacing him with the "Deadpool" star.
My boyfriend and I broke up a few days after prom, so I decided to "edit" the photos a little @VancityReynolds http://pic.twitter.com/Ecvn5Wkgb4

Gabi -- who is Canadian, like Ryan -- told Yahoo Style her boyfriend of four months broke up with her just two days after prom. "I didn't want to waste my prom photos, so I just Photoshopped Ryan Reynolds in. I kind of have a huge love for Ryan Reynolds, and I wasn't totally feeling myself on prom day, so I wanted to post my look. Who could be a better prom date than him?"
Ryan Reynolds made Gabi Internet-famous by responding to the tweet, suggesting she go even further:
We should photoshop me over his yearbook picture next. #DontMessWithGabi https://t.co/o0qFBXvSNi

Yes, but the plot thickens! It looks like the ex in question also responded to Ryan Reynolds's tweet and tried to drag Kevin Hart into the story as well:
jokes on you now im not going to see deadpool 2, my 11$ is going to @KevinHart4real http://pic.twitter.com/CcMILHA32J

He tried, but Gabi and Ryan won the battle, and you can tell Gabi is feeling the love since her Twitter bio now reads #DontMessWithGabi.
Of course, this is not the first time a fan has used a celeb to "edit" his or her prom experience, as Yahoo Style noted by posting some other Photoshop jobs out there.
By the way, "Deadpool 2" opens June 1, 2018, and that ex is definitely going to see it anyway.
