"Gossip Girl" may have said its final "XOXO" in 2012, but that doesn't mean we've gotten over it. Sure, the cast has moved on, but a part of us we'll always think of them as their stylish, Upper East Side counterparts. Leighton Meester turns 29 on April 9, and to celebrate, we thought we would revisit some of Blair Waldorf's most memorable gems. Nobody on TV quite matches her witty, conniving, and totally glamorous Queen Bee-ness. We love you, B.
