Some reality TV judges say a few semi-astute words of criticism to contestants and send them on their merry ways, and some reality TV judges bring it. If you're given the seemingly cushy job of sitting comfortably at a panel mentoring hungry Hollywood newbies and spouting comments about something you're a supposed expert on, you should give it your all. And if you're not really helping the contestants, at least make things interesting the viewers at home...
