The new internet is here ... and it's vomit-inducing on "Silicon Valley."
HBO released the first teaser trailer for Season 5 of its award-winning comedy, which wrote out star T.J. Miller at the end of last season. So, no more of Erlich's antics, but the rest of the crew is still as nuts as ever.
The trailer opens with Richard (Thomas Middleditch) greeting the new employees of the rebooted Pied Piper. Of course, Richard immediately goes to vomit in his office — and of course, he's seen by all of those new employees. And of course, Dinesh (Kumail Nanjiani) and Gilfoyle (Martin Starr) preserve the image for digital prosperity.
One development is that, with the absence of Erlich, Jian-Yang (Jimmy O. Yang) has taken over the house as his own incubator — and kicks the Pied Piper guys out. And Jian-Yang finally speaks his mind when he says, "Richard, you are ugly."
"Silicon Valley" Season 5 premieres Sunday, March 25.
