First 'Wonder Woman' & 'Justice League' Trailers Wow Even DC Doubters

Well, that's neat. Superhero fans celebrated Nerd Christmas over the weekend, and Warner Bros. was an especially generous Santa Claus. San Diego Comic-Con was once again packed with trailers, panels, and awesomeness. And even DC Extended Universe cynics -- unimpressed after "Man of Steel" and "Batman v Superman" -- found themselves cautiously optimistic after the first "Wonder Woman" and "Justice League" trailers. Non-cynics found themselves darn near crying in excitement.

Here's the "Wonder Woman" trailer, starring Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, and Lucy Davis:

Ezra Miller got himself trending on Twitter -- in a good way -- thanks to his new version of The Flash (he also worse Gandalf cosplay to the Comic-Con panel) and fans seemed very happy with the mix of humor, action, and chemistry between the characters.

Here are a few reactions:

DC is coming off a rough ride in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," but there are high hopes for "Suicide Squad," which opens in August, and also for 2017's "Wonder Woman" and "Justice League," which all look a little more ... fun? ... than BvS.

"Wonder Woman" opens in June 2017, "Justice League" opens November 2017.
