Yesterday, Zack Snyder tweeted the first photo of Ben Affleck in the Batman costume -- alongside the new batmobile, no less -- and it set the internet aflame (the image can be seen directly below). The batsuit has been picked apart for its vein-heavy construction and bulky appearance, but it's the seriously brooding Affleck that has really caught the internet's attention.
Some creative geniuses have run with the idea of a depressed Batman and given birth to the "Sad Batman" meme -- and it's pretty hilarious. Below the original image, you'll find some of the best Sad Batman photos and GIFs.
