These Photos of Cate Blanchett and Toothless at Cannes Are All Kinds of Adorable

The addition of Cate Blanchett to "How to Train Your Dragon 2" was a stroke of genius. Not just because it classes up the cast with an Academy Award winner, but because, if it didn't happen we would never have been able see this glorious photo of the gorgeous actress kissing the movie's signature dragon, Toothless.



The actress was on hand at France's Canned Film Festival on May 16 to premiere "How to Train Your Dragon 2" and have a little fun with life-size version of everyone's favorite Night Fury on the red carpet. It's pretty much the most adorable thing you'll see today, and it is, perhaps, our favorite moment from all of Cannes.



Co-stars America Ferrera, Jay Baruchel, Djimon Hounsou, and Kit Harington were there too -- but that's not as important as perusing more photos of Blanchett having way too much fun with Toothless in the photos below.
