Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey), aka McDreamy, was with us from the very beginning of "Grey's Anatomy." We went through a lot together! But, thanks to a horrifying car accident, a shoddy surgeon, and the will of Shonda Rhimes, he was ripped away from us forever.
