Nicole Kidman Teams up With David E. Kelley for Another Intriguing HBO Series

With a successful season of "Big Little Lies" behind them and another one on the way, Nicole Kidman and show creator David E. Kelley are ready to work together yet again.

Kidman is set to star in a limited series called "The Undoing," which Kelley will executive produce and write, EW reports. Like "Big Little Lies" before it, the project is based on a book. The miniseries is an adaptation of Jean Hanff Korelitz's "You Should Have Known," which centers on Grace Sachs, a therapist who sees her perfect life rocked by multiple crises.

Kidman, who will play Grace, describes "The Undoing" as "another propulsive series" from Kelley. She highlighted her "fascinating, complicated" character and what an honor it is to work with Kelley and HBO ago. Meanwhile, Kelley expressed his excitement about both the book and the reunion.

We're happy to see them join forces, too. Kidman, Kelley, and HBO all have great track records individually, and their work together to this point is pretty darn impressive as well. "Big Little Lies" Season 1 earned numerous awards, including an Emmy for outstanding limited series, giving us high hopes for "The Undoing."
