ABC Changes Fall 2017 Schedule, Moving Sunday Show to Midseason

ABC is reworking its Sunday schedule again, beyond moving "Once Upon a Time" to Fridays.

As TVLine reported, ABC tweaked its Fall 2017-2018 schedule to move the premiere date of "America's Funniest Home Videos" up from Sunday, Nov. 26 to Sunday, Oct. 8. That's good news. However, it's also moving its regular weekly timeslot from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Taking its spot at 7 p.m. will be Eric Stonestreet's "The Toy Box" Season 2.

"To Tell the Truth" was originally scheduled to air at 8 p.m. on Sundays (that's when "Once Upon a Time" used to air), but Anthony Anderson's show will now move to midseason.

So here is ABC's new Sunday night fall schedule:

  • 7 p.m.: "The Toy Box" Season 2
  • 8 p.m. "America's Funniest Home Videos" Season 28
  • 9 p.m. "Shark Tank" Season 9
  • 10 p.m. "Ten Days in the Valley"

The rest of ABC's Fall 2017-2018 schedule appears to be staying the same.

"Ten Days in the Valley" is the only new series of the Sunday bunch, a crime drama starring Kyra Sedgwick, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Erika Christensen, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, and Kick Gurry. That premieres October 1.
