"Frozen" will be adapted into a Disney on Ice tour, starting in September in Orlando, according to The New York Times. The show will feature 39 actors, 20 snow machines, and huge projection panels simulating the movie's mountain landscape.
An ice skating show makes perfect sense, considering "Frozen" is the story of an ice-wielding princess. "Frozen" fans can expect all their favorite characters, from Elsa and Anna to snowman Olaf to reindeer Sven.
Disney is scrambling to take full advantage of the movie's popularity. In March, it became the highest-grossing animated film of all time, earning over $1.2 billion worldwide. The soundtrack sold 2.7 million copies. Demand for "Frozen"-related apparel is so high, Disney is airlifting it from China.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday.
