Sandra Bullock Says 'Ocean's Eight' Stars Ready to 'Fight Right Back' Against Sexism

BuzzFoto Celebrity Sightings In New York - November 07, 2016Sandra Bullock isn't here for anyone's sexist BS about the upcoming "Ocean's Eight" — before the movie has even come out.

Much like the all-female "Ghostbusters," the spinoff of "Ocean's Eleven" has been the target of backlash and gossip.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Bullock said, "We've got some feisty women that will fight right back."

She added, "It's like, let's just take a breath and let's just see if we come up with something fun. There should be a moratorium. There should be a rule, you're not allowed to say anything nasty until after it comes out. Obviously that's never going to happen."

In the movie, Bullock plays Danny Ocean's sister, who gets out of prison and gathers a group — including Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, and Mindy Kaling — to pull off a heist (it runs in the family, apparently).

Already, the movie has been dogged with speculation about catfights on set, to which Bullock commented, "Isn't that funny how with the guys, I don't remember ever hearing anything about potential discord. But you so get it with women."

The Oscar winner said the cast members genuinely like each other and have been sharing professional and personal advice. "

"I don't even want to touch on that other subject, but women are now taking care of each other," Bullock said. "We all were like, okay, let's just take care of each other for these six months and relish this opportunity we're being given."

"Ocean's Eight" opens in theaters June 8.
