TV Worth Watching

"The Exorcist" Season 2 Finale (Friday on FOX at 9 p.m.)
Why aren't more people watching this amazing horror show? It's not too late to catch up. Binge the first nine episodes of Season 2 (and all of Season 1, if you're not up-to-date, although you can watch Season 2 alone) and prepare for the big finale this Friday. Here's the synopsis from FOX: "Everything has led to this moment. As one priest fights for his life in the hospital, another is forced to confront the ghosts of his past. With time running out to save Andy's (John Cho) life, one of the exorcists must make the ultimate sacrifice in the all-new 'Unworthy' Season 2 finale."

"Mr. Robot" Season 3 Finale (Wednesday on USA at 10 p.m.)
Rami Malek's mind-trip drama hasn't gotten as much attention this year as the first two seasons, and it's already ending its 10-episode third season this week. In "shutdown -r," USA teases, "elliot tries to save darlene but sh*t doesn't go as planned. mr. robot needs to step up or step back ffs. angela considers the price."

"The Librarians" Season 4 Premiere (Wednesday on TNT at 8 p.m.)
This is a big week for midseason/fall finales, but at least one show is actually starting back up. Season 4 of this adventure drama starring Rebecca Romijn and Noah Wyle begins December 13. "And the Dark Secret" has this synopsis from TNT: "When a secret sect of the Vatican Church unearths an ancient map detailing the locations of the four cornerstones of the Library of Alexandria (the original Library), it's up to Flynn and the Librarians - with the help of an unexpected ally - to stop them before the stones can be used to destroy the Library."
