Daniel Craig Kicks All the Ass in New 'Spectre' Trailer
James Bond's new movie seems hellbent on being bigger than the previous one.
The new trailer for "Spectre," which dropped today, shows 007 fighting, shooting and (naturally) car chasing his way through various European locals, in what looks to be the biggest Bond of Daniel Craig's career.
The 24th Bond film -- and Craig's fourth outing as the super spy -- pits 007 against a nemesis (Oscar-winner Christoph Waltz) from Bond's past. Their personal (and dangerous) relationship puts Bond on the trail of the evil titular organization -- traveling from Mexico, to Italy, to the Alps -- with lots of kick-punching bad guys along the way. (Think Blofeld-level bad.)
"Skyfall" director Sam Mendes returns for his second Bond film, and he is pulling out all the stops.
If the trailer is any indication, the film's Rome-set Aston Martin car chase aims to be one of the series' best stunts ever. And it's nice to see Bond get some overdue action behind-the-wheel; last time he took his trusty sports car for a spin, it was in 2008's "Quantum of Solace."
But will all the action, gadgets and Bond Girls trump "Skyfall" as Bond's best film yet?
We'll find out when "Spectre" hits theaters November 6.
