The acclaimed, Emmy-nominated has been renewed for another season of 10 episodes by AMC. The "Breaking Bad" prequel, produced by Sony Pictures Television, recently wrapped its third season. Season 4 is expected to air sometime next year.

Season 3 averaged 3.7 million viewers, including 1.7 million in the 18-49 demographic. In adults 25-54, the show is the third highest-rated drama after network siblings "The Walking Dead" and "Fear the Walking Dead."

The third season saw Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) use the name he would later adopt, Saul Goodman, for the first time. Jimmy was suspended from practicing law for a year, after an ugly battle with his brother, Chuck (Michael McKean). The season also introduced Giancarlo Esposito's drug lord Gus Fring, a key figure in "Breaking Bad." And in the finale — SPOILER ALERT — Chuck seemingly suicide by setting his house on fire, with himself inside.
