While the first trailer for James Gunn's hotly-anticipated Marvel movie "Guardians of the Galaxy" was tantalizing, it didn't offer much in the way of character exposition. That's changed today thanks to the release of new featurettes focusing on each "Guardians" character.
Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Drax the Destroyer, Gamora, and Peter Quill all get about 30 seconds of the spotlight in each clip, with the actors who portray them (Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, and Chris Pratt, respectively) divulging details about what make their character tick. Though short, they're quite illuminating for those unfamiliar with the Guardians (namely, most moviegoers who aren't diehard Marvel comics fans).
Check out the featurettes below, and get pumped for the still-too-far-away "Guardians of the Galaxy" release. The flick hits theaters on August 1.
