Director J.J. Abrams is keeping a very tight lid on "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens," but fans have gotten some hints over the last year. And now Andy Serkis is revealing even more clues.
The actor dishes some details to Entertainment Weekly in a game of "true or false." Serkis didn't say very much, but he did drop some nuggets to chew on.
For instance, his voice - which narrates the first trailer and sounds a lot like Benedict Cumberbatch - is entirely his voice. "There's no digital manipulation. That's just me," he said.
He also was able to confirm that he only plays one character (there were rumors he might play multiple roles) and that he has "been through some stuff."
Serkis got a laugh out of debunking another rumor, that he leads a "group of unbelievably athletic and acrobatic motion capture characters."
Whether his character is a hero or villain, though, Serkis might become an action figure. "I'd better!" he said.
