'The Longest Ride' Trailer: Love Requires Sacrifice in Latest Nicholas Sparks Movie

Longest RideAh, spring - it's a time for young lovers, sweet kisses, idyllic romance. It's also time for a new Nicholas Sparks movie.

The next one is "The Longest Ride," which just released a new trailer. It's very much in line with previous Sparks adaptations, like "The Best of Me" and "Safe Haven." Even the poster for it is uncannily similar.

The story is one as old as time: boy meets girl, they fall in love, but they clash over his dangerous job. In this case, there are two of those stories - one in the present day, with Britt Robertson and Scott Eastwood, and one in World War II era, with Oona Chaplin and Jack Huston. They're tied together by Alan Alda, who seems to be an older version of Huston's character, and recounts his epic love story to Robertson via old letters.

"The Longest Ride" is set to hit theaters (and serve as date night) on April 10.
