Jamie Dornan Went to a Sex Dungeon to Research 'Fifty Shades of Grey'

Try on some suits: Check. Work on a smoldering stare: Check. Visit a sex dungeon: Check.



To get ready for his role as Christian Grey in the film adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey," Jamie Dornan buckled down and did the hard work (if you know what we mean). And part of his research was visiting a kinky sexy dungeon, to better understand Christian's mindset and relationship with Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).



"I went there, they offered me a beer, and they did ... whatever they were into," he told Elle UK. "I saw a dominant with one of his two submissives."



Dornan tried to lighten the mood a little by cracking a joke. "I was like: 'Come on guys I know I'm not paying for this but I am expecting a show.'"



And while it was an "interesting evening," the actor was more than happy to go home to his wife and baby, though "I had a long shower before touching either of them."
