Henry Cavill Is the Most Handsome Newspaper Man Ever in This New 'Batman v Superman' Photo

henry cavill batman v superman dawn of justice photoRemember when the world went crazy after Zack Snyder posted a moody, black-and-white shot of Ben Affleck, bulky and brooding, in his Batsuit, standing behind a new Batmobile? Well, we're now getting a look at the other side of the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" coin, thanks to a shot of Henry Cavill, not as Superman, but as his nerdy alter ego: Clark Kent.

As The Wrap points out, the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund, an organization that the British Cavill supports, tweeted a photo of Cavill in his Clark Kent finest: overcoat, dark blue shirt, silvery tie, with a messenger bag slung over his shoulder. Apparently, Clark Kent will be without his trademark glasses. Although, as the Wrap points out, this is a set visit photo so maybe he just doesn't have his full costume on.

Cavill, as always, looks good, although how a newspaper (remember newspapers?) reporter can afford his pristine wardrobe might be his greatest superpower of them all.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," which, in addition to Affleck and Cavill, co-stars Gal Gadot (as Wonder Woman), Amy Adams (reprising her role as Lois Lane), Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg (as Lex Luthor), Jeremy Irons, and Holly Hunter, opens May 6, 2016.
