Al Pacino Won TIFF on Sunday

Al Pacino is successful enough that no one would bat an eye if he was grumpy at a film festival. But being a jerk was not in the plans for the 74-year-old actor on Sunday, who turned a mundane press conference at the Toronto International Film Festival for his film "Manglehorn" into several minutes of unscripted fun.

It started when the film's director, David Gordon Green, spilled his glass of water on the table. Moments later, Pacino knocked over actress Holly Hunter's glass too.

"I'm outta here!" He yelled. As they all stood up to mop up the water, fellow cast member Harmony Korine purposely knocked over another glass and the room descended into laughter. Pacino then did a little dance. "What did they do? They destroyed the press conference! They just threw stuff all over the place," he said.

After everyone else sat down, he continued to talk about the film as he mopped up the table with napkins that were clearly too wet to be effective, saying "You know, this is called giving an actor something to do while they're talking to take the onus off of just talking."

Pacino also made us laugh with his response to a CP24 reporter who asked him what he wanted to tell his Toronto fans. The actor just yelled "Yeahhh!"
