Baymax Comes Alive In New Trailer For Disney's 'Big Hero 6' (VIDEO)

Disney's newest animated film, "Big Hero 6," is going to be amazing. Like super-duper, blow-you-into-the-back-of-your-theater-chair amazing. We were out at Disney Animation Studio a few weeks ago and got the entire rundown of the film, which concerns a young tech wizard named Hiro (Ryan Potter) who, after his brother dies, inherits a robotic helper named Baymax (Scott Adsit) that his brother designed and built, and from everything we've seen and heard about, it's going to be another next-level triumph for Disney's rejuvenated animation division. And after watching this new trailer, you'll agree too.

The trailer gives much more emphasis to the film's plot, which concerns what happens when Hiro, Baymax, and a group of his motley friends team up to take down a villain who is threatening to destroy the gleefully fictional city of San Fransokyo. But it also gives the appropriate amount of attention to the heart of "Big Hero 6," which is the relationship between Hiro and Baymax. This is going to be one of those Elliot-and-E.T.-type relationships, where just because one of the characters is inhuman, doesn't make the emotions any less real.

"Big Hero 6," which also stars Jamie Chung, Damon Wayans Jr. (our favorite!), Genesis Rodriguez, T.J. Miller, and Maya Rudolph, opens everywhere on November 7th. And we'll have much more from the movie before the release.
