Colin Farrell just let the cat out of the "True Detective" Season 2 bag.
The actor, in eight little words, confirmed that he'll be starring in the second season of HBO's hit anthology series. "I'm doing the second series. I'm so excited," Farrell told The Sunday World.
While he's a little sketchy on the details of the production, the actor let slip what little information he does know.
"I know it will be eight episodes and take around four or five months to shoot," Farrell revealed. "I know very little about it, but we're shooting in the environs of Los Angeles which is great. It means I get to stay at home and see the kids."
No word yet on when "True Detective" Season 2 will premiere, but needless to say, with a four or five month shooting schedule, it won't be done in time for a January premiere, like Season 1.
