We just can't let go of our love for "Frozen," and we're not alone.
Fans who tuned in to ABC's behind-the-scenes special, "The Story of Frozen: Making a Disney Animated Classic," got an extra special treat with exclusive news that a "Frozen" short film is headed our way next year.
We are thrilled to announce "Frozen Fever," our new animated short that will premiere in the spring of 2015. http://ift.tt/W8OSDa

"Frozen Fever" will feature Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad in their original roles from the movie. It seems that Elsa's titular talent poses a problem during Anna's birthday celebration, even though Elsa and Kristoff organized the party. Sounds like sibling revelry gone awry to us!
Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez are contributing a brand-new song to the short, which is scheduled for a spring 2015 release. They snagged an Oscar and created countless earworms with "Let It Go," so this will definitely be good. We don't know who will be directing, but Disney honcho Peter Del Vecho is producing.
"Frozen Fever" joins a slew of other projects centered about the Disney smash. Elsa and Anna will even appear on this season of ABC's show "Once Upon a Time" this fall! Will we ever fall out of love with "Frozen"? Only time (and all the different tie-ins) will tell.
