It's official: Ron Burgundy and his team are finally back.
This exclusive, new "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" preview proves to us that news is all about what you want to hear, not what you need to hear.
"Anchorman 2" features our beloved Channel 4 news team making their way to Manhattan -- and stopping at nothing to reclaim the No. 1 spot atop the ratings. After Burgundy (Will Ferrell) lose his San Diego job to wife Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), Burgundy decides to take on the Big Apple as part of New York's first 24-hour news channel.
"We're trying to figure out how to make the news less boring and you act like we peed in your milkshake!" Burgundy proclaims. While Ferrell's iconic character may not be the sharpest news anchor (far from it), he may have just revolutionized the news.
Written and directed by Adam McKay -- with Ferrell co-writing -- the sequel brings back Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, and David Koechner, and features countless celebrity cameos.
"Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" is in theaters now.
