Tom Cruise Takes the Ice Bucket Challenge ... Seven Times (VIDEO)

When Tom Cruise does something, he likes to take it over the top.



So when he and the cast and crew of "Mission: Impossible 5" were challenged to the ALS ice bucket challenge, he didn't just take one bucket. Oh no. Cruise and director Chris McQuarrie took seven and a half buckets each!



The "M:I5" crew was challenged by "Pan" stars Hugh Jackman, Rooney Mara, and Garrett Hedlund, and to spare their colleagues, Cruise and McQuarrie decided to take it for the whole team. After they sat down in chairs, bucket after bucket of ice water was dumped on their heads.



After bucket No. 5, Cruise gasped, "S---!" And after bucket No. 6, the action star wondered, "How much more?!"



In turn, the "Mission" crew challenged their bosses -- Adam Goodman, David Ellison, and Brad Grey -- to take the ice bucket challenge.
