Taking the ALS ice bucket challenge is already doing something for a good cause, but Matt Damon decided to double down in his edition.



The actor is the co-founder of water.org, which aims to provide water to the 800 million people around the world without adequate access. And as he notes in his video, California is undergoing a severe water drought. So, for his ice bucket challenge, Damon decided to highlight his principal cause by recycling water from toilets.
