Weird Al Yankovic Revamps TV Theme Songs at Emmy Awards — 'Game of Thrones,' You're Welcome (VIDEO)

Finally, we have a "Game of Thrones" theme song that openly pushes author George R.R. Martin to start writing the books faster.

During the 2014 Emmy Awards, host Seth Meyers was joined by fellow "Saturday Night Live" alum Andy Samberg to introduce a musical production honoring music and television. They said they miss the days when a show's theme song explained the plot. Cue Weird Al Yankovic, revamping some modern theme songs, including "Mad Men," "Scandal," "Homeland," "Modern Family" and "Game of Thrones."

Jon Hamm got a kick out of the "Mad Men" song, but here's a portion of the new "Game of Thrones" lyrics, explaining the show. You have to imagine the GOT theme with these words. You also have to picture Andy dressed as King Joffrey, singing the chorus:

"Here come dragons galore and some boobs.

OK, to be fair, there's way more boobs.

If you miss a big scene, watch it back. (Watch it over! Watch it over! Watch it over!)

Hope you paid attention to the map. (You can pause that! You can pause that! You can pause that!)

Don't get too attached to a certain guy. (Have a back-up! Have a back-up! Have a back-up!)

He might drink some poison wine. (That's a spoiler! That's a spoiler! That's a spoiler!)"

There's even a line begging author George R.R. Martin to type as fast as he can because "we need more scripts." Cue George in the audience with his typewriter. Write them faster! Write them faster! Write them faster!

After that, Lena Headey (Queen Cersei on "GOT") tried to present an award but was interrupted by Andy returning to the stage as King Joffrey, whining about how his mummy loves Uncle Jaime more than him. Well, Uncle Jaime is way hot, buddy. Sorry!
