Kevin Costner Can't Catch a Break in This Exclusive 'Draft Day' Deleted Scene (VIDEO)

Draft Day Press ConferenceKevin Costner's character catches a lot of grief from fans and football experts for his unorthodox decision-making in "Draft Day," and this deleted scene from the flick -- appearing as an extra on the film's DVD and Blu-ray releases, out today -- shows just how far that unhappiness flows.

The clip, premiering today exclusively on Moviefone, begins with Costner explaining how the public has been "beating up" his general manager character, Sonny Weaver, over his draft day plans, and how he can't seem to catch a break from anyone. While the scene Costner's describing was ultimately scrapped, it perfectly encapsulates a female fan's frustrations with her local football team -- but more importantly, the people in charge of it.

In the scene, Sonny pulls into a gas station only to be berated by the fan in question, who warns him that if he "screw[s] up this draft, [he]'ll screw up our team," and eventually the entire city. There are dire consequences, she warns/threatens -- which will directly affect Sonny.

Check out the clip below. "Draft Day" is now available on DVD and Blu-ray.
