It's short but sweet, this new "Guardians of the Galaxy" teaser. You can catch the full trailer tonight during "Jimmy Kimmel Live," if you stay up that late, but for now, let Chris Pratt's abs serve as your morning coffee.
"Who are you?" grumbles Korath the Pursuer (Djimon Hounsou) at our time-traveling Star-Lord (Pratt). And that's a good question. We're definitely light years away from the ridiculous hijinks of FBI agent Bert Macklin, the alter ego of doofy Andy Dwyer in "Parks and Rec."
We also get a glimpse of Zoe Saldana in all her green glory as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Dax the Destroyer, and the creepy tree thing known as Groot, voiced by everyone's favorite Beyoncé back-up dancer Vin Diesel.
Yeah, there's not a lot going on here - it's 19 seconds, so what did you expect? Still, we get a glimpse of all the main characters... except that darn raccoon. Where's Rocket Raccoon? What fresh hell is this?
Anyway, I think we can all agree with Edgar Wright here:
