Moviefone's Top DVD of the Week
"Only Lovers Left Alive"
What's It About? Tilda Swinton and Tom Hiddleston star as gorgeous, globe-trotting vampire lovers in this delectable treat from writer/director Jim Jarmusch
Why We're IN: As Adam and Eve, Hiddles is the mopey yin to Swinton's yang. The costumes and production design are to die (or live forever) for. John Hurt, Mia Wasikowska, and Jeffrey Wright shine in smaller roles. In a word, it's gorgeous.
RT 4 chance 2 win Tom Hiddleston's vampire drama #OnlyLoversLeftAlive -- on DVD this week! http://t.co/PJSHeLWlOu

Moviefone's Top Blu-ray of the Week
"Y Tu Mama También (Criterion)"
What's It About? Alfonso Cuarón's road trip romance features star-making performances by Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna, who play two young dudes who both become infatuated with an older woman. Beautiful, sexy, and sad.
Why We're IN: Now when you watch it again and again in the privacy of your own home, you can enjoy a spiffy restored version! There are tons of cool featurettes, as well as an interview with every hipster's favorite philosopher Slavoj Žižek.
New on DVD & Blu-ray
"The Amazing Spider-Man 2"
What's It About? Spidey (Andrew Garfield) has two new foes that have something sinister in common. Emma Stone co-stars as Gwen, with Jamie Foxx as Electro and Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn.
IN or OUT: Folks were decidedly meh on Marc Webb's second "Spider-Man," so it depends if you saw it in theaters and loved it. Or if you need to complete your Spidey shrine.
"Boardwalk Empire: The Complete Fourth Season"
What's It About? The titular boardwalk empire of Nucky Thompson (Steve Buscemi) is on shaky ground in this season of the HBO period drama. Michael K. Williams, Stephen Graham, Kelly Macdonald, Michael Shannon, and Shea Whigham co-star.
IN or OUT: This was a critically lauded season, but we expect there will be a fancy box set of the show's entire run after its fifth and final season. If you're a diehard fan, you will probably want to hold out for that.
"Fading Gigolo"
What's It About? John Turturro's Fioravante goes into the gigolo business to make ends meet, with help from his "manager" Murray, played by Woody Allen. Sofía Vergara, Sharon Stone, and Liev Schreiber co-star.
IN or OUT: Critics were mixed on this indie, but it could be a worth a rental.
"The Good Wife: The Fifth Season"
What's It About? The decision of Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Cary (Matt Czuchry) to leave Lockhart/Gardner and start their own firm gets very complicated very quickly.
IN or OUT: "The Good Wife" has been getting better and better with each season, but this one was especially explosive. Snap it up.
"Jarhead 2: Field of Fire"
What's It About? This is technically a sequel to 2005's "Jarhead," with Jake Gyllenhaal and Jamie Foxx, but in name only. A unit of Marines must make it through territory controlled by the Taliban to help a woman escape the Bad Guys. Yawn.
IN or OUT: No.
"The Mindy Project: Season Two"
What's It About? Dr. Mindy Lahiri (Mindy Kaling) continues her misadventures in love and life as she decides to leave her fiancé Casey in Haiti to return to NYC. Chris Messina, Ike Barinholtz, and Ed Weeks return for their roles as Mindy's co-workers, with Adam Pally joining the cast as a particularly loutish OBGYN.
IN or OUT: "The Mindy Project" is starting to pick up speed, but it's all on Hulu - do you really want to buy it on DVD?
"Once Upon a Time: The Complete Third Season"
What's It About? A small town in Maine is populated by fairy tale characters like Snow White and Prince Charming; the hitch is that no one remembers they're fairy tale characters.
IN or OUT: This ABC show got fair reviews, but we're not sure if it's worthy of your hard-earned bucks.
"Parenthood: Season 5"
What's It About? NBC's ongoing drama about the extended Braverman family is still tugging heartstrings and jerking tears with aplomb.
IN or OUT: If you're a Braverman fan, you'll probably want to snag this five-disc DVD set.
"Parks & Recreation: Season Six"
What's It About? Change is afoot in Pawnee, with Ron (Nick Offerman) becoming a new dad, Ann (Rashida Jones) getting pregnant with Chris (Rob Lowe), and Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) struggling to keep up with it all. There are even bigger surprises in store for Leslie and Ben (Adam Scott) this season.
IN or OUT: This is the penultimate season of the series, but if you can't wait for the inevitable box set, well, we won't blame you.
"The Quiet Ones"
What's It About? There's something wrong with Jane Harper (Olivia Cooke), but the rather unorthodox "study" she's a part of is probably not the solution. Jared Harris stars as the professor leading this so-called study, with Sam Claflin ("The Hunger Games: Catching Fire") as one of the increasingly skeptical participants.
IN or OUT: Shhhhh, nope.
RT 4 chance 2 win supernatural thriller #TheQuietOnes arriving on Blu-ray this week! http://t.co/2NRVFxtn9m

"Revolution: The Complete Second Season"
What's It About? This show takes place in 2027, fifteen years after the entire Earth lost electricity. Oops. It stars Billy Burke, Tracy Spiridakos, Giancarlo Esposito, David Lyons, Elizabeth Mitchell, and Zak Orth. JJ Abram is just one of the many big buzzy names attached.
IN or OUT: It's already been canceled. Maybe you can catch the reruns?
"Rosemary's Baby (NBC Mini-series)"
What's It About? It's an update of the story about Rosemary Woodhouse and her rather distressing pregnancy. Zoe Saldana stars alongside Patrick J. Adams and Carole Bouquet.
IN or OUT: If you really need a Rosemary fix, read the book by Ira Levin or rent the movie by Polanski
"The Sacrament"
What's It About? Two filmmakers and their friend Patrick head to a creepy cult commune called Eden Parish to find out what's going on with Patrick's sister Caroline. AJ Bowen, Joe Swanberg, Kentucker Audley, Amy Seimetz, and Gene Jones star.
IN or OUT: This is an interesting take on the found footage genre. It takes its time, but Ti West fans will dig it.
"Toy Story of Terror!"
What's It About? The "Toy Story" gang goes on some spooky adventures in this TV short.
IN or OUT: On one hand, it's 21 minutes. On the other, it's pretty cheap. Toss a coin.
New on Blu-ray
"The Flintstones (1994)"
What's It About? John Goodman and Elizabeth Perkins star as Fred and Wilma Flintstone, alongside Rick Moranis and Rosie O'Donnell as their best friends Barney and Betty Rubble, in this contrived live-action comedy. Based on the characters from the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon, this is some sort of origin story about how the Rubbles came to adopt Bamm-Bamm.
IN or OUT: Dude, no. Just... No.
"Leviathan"
What's It About? Peter Weller, Daniel Stern, Amanda Pays, Ernie Hudson, and Richard Crenna star as a crew of deep-sea divers who find themselves at the mercy of a gnarly bottom-feeder. George P. Cosmatos ("Rambo: First Blood Part II," "Cobra") directs, with creature effects by the legendary Stan Winston.
IN or OUT: There aren't a ton of extras, but fans of this cult favorite will want to add it to their collection.
"Like Water For Chocolate"
What's It About? Tita (Lumi Cavazos) and Pedro (Marco Leonardi) are in love, but Tita's mother won't consent to their marriage. Instead, Pedro marries Tita's sister Rosaura (Yareli Arizmendi), and Tita is left to take care of their mother and other household duties. Tita really puts her heart into cooking - so much so that whoever eats it, feels what she felt when she was cooking. Things get sad and steamy in equal measure.
IN or OUT: It's romantic and full of yummy food, so why not treat yourself?
"Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down! (Criterion)"
What's It About? Before Antonio Banderas was Puss in Boots, he starred in this edgy arthouse flick by Pedro Almodóvar. Banderas plays a former mental patient who is so obsessed an actress named Marina (Victoria Abril) that he takes her hostage. He's pretty sure this is the best way to get her to marry him. Somehow, Almodóvar makes Stockholm Syndrome sexy?
IN or OUT: Making-of features, new subtitles, and a fancy digital restoration make this a must-have for Almodóvar fans.
