Proof That Helen Mirren Twerks Better Than You Do (VIDEO)

Dame Helen Mirren is notorious for having the most banging body of any sexegenerian in Hollywood, and the 69-year-old actress showed it off while displaying her twerking skills on a recent episode of "Live With Kelly and Michael."



Mirren, who was promoting her role as a straightlaced French chef in "The Hundred Foot Journey," was anything but during her appearance, in which she was encouraged to engage in a "twerk off" with co-host Michael Strahan. The pair got on the subject when Strahan and substitute co-host Maria Menounos (filling in for Kelly Ripa) rolled a clip from an appearance Mirren made at Harvard earlier this year when she was selected as the Hasty Pudding Woman of the Year.



In the clip, Mirren is asked to twerk, and the embarrassed Oscar winner initially refused, before going along with the dance move. Cutting back to "Live," Mirren said she regretted doing it if only because she knew she'd be confronted with the clip somewhere down the line.



But the actress proved she was a good sport, and agreed to twerk again alongside Strahan, busting out some impressive moves as she hunched over and thrust her derriere. May we all have the same grace, humor, and sexy physique when we're 69. Heck, we'd take it now, please.
