George R. R. Martin is feeling awfully jolly on social media this week. Everyone's favorite sea captain slash prolific fantasy author has been tweeting kooky "Game of Thrones" Christmas memes with the hashtag #12daysofwesteros.
Martin's posted three so far, for House Tully, House Greyjoy, and House Frey, with little tongue-in-cheek references that "Game of Thrones" fans will dig. It's definitely a clever thing cooked up by Martin to keep us all going through the coming winter. Of course, real GoT fans know where to get the latest dish from GRRM: his Livejournal, of course. It wouldn't be too much of a surprise if he were still lurking around Usenet on that DOS computer of his.
