Best of Late Night TV: Jennifer Garner's Catchphrase, Anna Gunn Gets Starstruck (VIDEO)

If you're like us and value your sleep, you probably nodded off into your Ambien dreamland before the party started on post-prime time TV. Don't worry; we've got you covered. Here's the best of what happened last night on late night.

Jimmy Fallon busted out the Catchphrase again on "The Tonight Show," teaming up with Jennifer Garner against John Mulaney and Questlove. The fast-paced game was predictably exciting, but it was Garner's last-minute guess on the final question that made the segment truly nail-biting.

Garner, who stars in both "Men, Women & Children" and "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day," sat down with Fallon to discuss the simultaneous joys and woes of parenting -- the latter occurring when the kids get lice. "Stars are just like us," Garner deadpanned, before sharing an anecdote about the time that her children got lice, spreading it to the rest of the family, and leaving Garner with an oily, smelly solution in her hair the first time she met George Clooney.

Black Simon and Garfunkel were back on "Tonight" with a rendition of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off." Their shimmying could go toe-to-toe with Swift's, but the duo's signature "la la la"s are what made the bit sing.

Anna Gunn stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to promote her new show, "Gracepoint," but ended up talking about "Breaking Bad" for most of her visit. The actress shared stories about meeting famous people at a party celebrating the series's end, including billionaire Warren Buffet and Rolling Stones member Keith Richards. Gunn said that both men gushed over "Bad," but she was so starstruck she could barely respond to their flattery.

A similar moment occurred when Gunn met Kimmel for the first time, she revealed, though the host said he felt the same way about making her acquaintance. The duo then reminisced about the fact that the "Breaking Bad" finale just celebrated its one-year anniversary, a milestone they both agreed came about eerily quickly. "Maybe it's the meth," Kimmel quipped about neither noticing the passage of time.

Kimmel also chatted with Tim Allen, who discussed raising his 5-year-old daughter, and the particular set of challenges that come with having girls versus having boys. Allen warned Kimmel about all the things he had yet to experience with his newborn daughter, including that girls love controlling the radio, have lots of opinions about clothes, and apparently are fans of creepy bedtime stories. (Or maybe that's just Allen's kid.)

Cristin Milioti chatted with "The Late Show" host David Letterman about her character's unexpected death on "How I Met Your Mother," and how creators Craig Thomas and Carter Bays ended up drunkenly spilling the storyline to the actress at the "HIMYM" Christmas party. After the bad news was revealed, there wasn't much celebrating at the shindig, Milioti said.
