At this point, Sarah Gadon has promised her first-born child to director David Cronenberg for all the help he's given her career.
OK, so that's an exaggeration, but the actress is definitely grateful to the Canadian filmmaker. She first appeared in his "A Dangerous Method," then his son Brandon's "Antiviral," then back to David for "Cosmopolis," and now she's in his latest star-studded film, "Maps to the Stars," in which she plays the spirit of a dead Hollywood thespian.
Moviefone Canada chatted with a cheerful Gadon at the Toronto Film Festival, where she spoke in detail about Cronenberg's directing style and focusing too much on Julianne Moore's performance.
