Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has a pretty awesome habit of sharing behind-the-scenes photos from his movies that he probably shouldn't be sharing. When he was filming next summer's "Hercules," he would send out teases of his costume and make-up (we still haven't gotten a super-clear look at what he looks like). Now that he's back in the "Fast and Furious" game, he's been transmitting behind-the-scenes looks at next year's "Fast & Furious 7."
The latest Rock-originated behind-the-scenes peek (courtesy of his Instagram) has the actor standing, like a mountain of a man, on a stretch of freeway littered with smoldering debris. Johnson's caption is priceless, so here it is, in full: "'I didn't bring the cavalry... I AM the cavalry' ~ #HobbsTheBeast On set. 4am. High on dirty thoughts & adrenaline as I wait for my director and partner in crime, James Wan (standing deep in the background) to yell 'ACTION.' #FastAndFurious7 #SilverbackOfTheLaw #ThisIsHowIWalkIntoMyBedroom"
By the way - what do you think The Rock's dirty thoughts that he's high on at 4 am are? Hmmm...
"Fast & Furious 7" will hit theaters on July 11, 2014. It features returning cast members Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, and, for the first time since "Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift," Lucas Black. Jason Statham, revealed as the big bad in the final moments of this year's "Fast & Furious 6," will return as the villain. First-timers to the franchise include Kurt Russell, Tony Jaa, Djimon Hounsou and director James Wan, who made back-to-back horror hits this year with "The Conjuring" and "Insidious: Chapter 2." While plot details have yet to be released, chances are there will also be a bunch of souped-up muscle cars and a willful refusal to acknowledge the laws of physics.
