A 'Frozen' Sing-Along Is Coming to a Theater Near You

Get ready to annoy your fellow moviegoers with your off-key rendition of "Let It Go!"

Just in case you haven't already seen "Frozen" a thousand times in the theater, here's another reason to go back and check out Disney's frosty animated delight: On January 31st, Disney will release the film in 1,000 theaters in an all-new sing-along version.

In a press release, Dave Hollis, Disney's executive vice president of theatrical distribution said, "'Frozen' fans have embraced the film's original songs and its soundtrack with such passion. It's a great opportunity for families to get together and have some fun with these songs." Also: to annoy people with your off-key rendition of "Let It Go."

"Frozen," of course, features some truly incredible songs by the married songwriting team of Robert and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, who were recently nominated for the Best Original Song Oscar (for "Let it Go"), and a Broadway-certified cast in Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad, and Jonathan Groff. (It has plans to go to Broadway in the not-too-distant future.) If any movie is genetically engineered for the sing-along treatment, it's this.

This remake should add a few more million dollars to the movie's impressive $773 million worldwide box office total. You can't keep a good snowman down!
