"Sherlock" star Benedict Cumberbatch will solve his biggest mystery yet.
In "The Imitation Game," Cumberbatch portrays the brilliant British mathematician and logician Alan Turing, who's tasked with cracking the Nazi's Enigma Code during WWII. But after helping turn the tide of war with a machine that is widely considered the first computer, the tide turns on Turing, who becomes unjustly persecuted for his homosexuality.
We smell an Oscar nomination.
"The Imitation Game" co-stars Keira Knightley, Mark Strong, and Charles Dance (better known as Tywin Lannister) and arrives in theaters November 21, 2014.
