Kacy Catanzaro is the first (and only) woman to finish the "American Ninja Warrior" finals course in the show's history and, man, is she impressive. The former gymnast may only be five feet tall, but the physical and mental strength she displayed reached far beyond her wingspan. Ok, ok, that was a little cheesy, but you really gotta watch this incredible athlete in action. Pound for pound, she may be the best you've ever seen.
