In this exclusive clip, single mom Melissa McCarthy learns the hard way just what a curmudgeon her new neighbor is. He wants her pay up when her 12-year-old son breaks his fence and tree branch. Um, but how much is a tree branch?
"Everything has a price," he shrugs.
